I'm Tony McBride, a Career Transition Coach based in Belfast.
I've supported over 200 mid to senior professionals across many types of roles including Tech, Transformation, Finance and Back Office. Using this information, I produce the Career Clarity Report that shows the roles you have the skills and preferences to apply for as of today, not after 12 more qualifications. It showcases what the roles are and the strategy you can deploy to secure them.
Yes. Put simply, the challenge in this market is more available talent applying for roles and less roles out there meaning more competition. A CV that worked perfectly only 3 years ago is no longer strong enough to compete. This programme refreshes everything so that you become the top candidate. We invest 6 hours together in one to one's in the first month as I need to get to know you in order to write the best CV and get the right strategy in place. Then 2-3.5 hours in month 2, 3 on check-in's and mock interviews going beyond if needed. The weekly group coaching calls are optional, but highly recommended and we have a WhatsApp Community to help one another in the process.
